• The wagering requirement for each bonus (e.g. 5×, 8×, 10×) must be fulfilled before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once — attempting to claim it by creating a new account is prohibited
• When using a voucher code, read the expiry date and eligibility requirements carefully
• Ludo Bangladesh reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer — previously claimed bonuses will not be affected
• If bonus abuse is detected (such as mandatory betting strategies), the bonus may be voided and the account suspended
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must successfully register and make a minimum deposit of ৳300

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ludo bangladesh platform. Involvement in any of these may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

Members may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any remaining balance will be returned after all pending bets have been settled.
